How to use this tool

Track the pattern, not one isolated number.

A single result is a snapshot. A dated series helps you and your healthcare professional see what changed, when it changed and which measurements moved together. This tracker keeps those facts organized without trying to diagnose the reason.

01

Use the actual test date

Enter the collection date from the lab report or the date you measured at home. Consistent dates make the chart more useful.

02

Leave unknown fields blank

You do not need every measurement at every visit. Each chart uses only the dates where that specific value is present.

03

Add brief context

Use the note field for a medication change, testing condition or routine you may want to discuss later. Avoid guessing at causes.

04

Bring the summary to care

Print the dated table or download the CSV before an appointment. Your clinician can interpret it alongside your history and treatment plan.

Questions about the progress tracker

Does this tracker tell me whether my results are healthy?

No. It calculates and displays change without labeling it as healthy, unhealthy, improved or worsened. Laboratory ranges and personal targets require clinical context.

Do all entries need to contain every measurement?

No. Leave any field blank. The tracker builds each metric chart from the dates where that particular measurement was entered.

Does Metabolic Clarity Labs receive my numbers?

No. The tool runs in your browser. Optional saving uses local browser storage on your device, and you can turn it off or clear the entries at any time.

Why might two results be difficult to compare?

Testing conditions, timing, laboratories, devices, illness, medication and other factors can differ. Record useful context and ask your healthcare professional how much weight to give a comparison.

Can I use the printout as a medical record?

It is a personal organization aid, not an official medical record. Verify every value against the original lab report or device before relying on the summary.

Educational tool only. It does not diagnose, treat or replace medical care.
