We offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee on your initial order. If you use our supplement as directed and are not satisfied with your experience, you are eligible for a full refund of your purchase price (excluding original shipping charges, if applicable) within 60 days from the date of delivery.
2. Physical Return Conditions

Opened / Used Bottles: Our 60-day guarantee covers up to 1 opened/used bottle per order.

Unopened / Multi-Bottle Bundles (3-Bottle & 6-Bottle Packages): To receive a full refund on multi-bottle bundles, any additional bottles beyond the first opened bottle must be returned unopened and sealed in their original condition.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

Include the email address used at checkout and the specific items you wish to return.

Our customer support team will respond within 24–48 hours with your Return Authorization and the correct return shipping address.
4. Return Shipping & Fees

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping postage unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of un-tracked return packages.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or processing fees on returned items.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your returned items are received and inspected at our fulfillment facility, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Shop Pay, etc.).

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your statement after processing.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was received and you have not seen your refund, please contact us immediately at support@metabolicclaritylabs.com.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, leaking, or with broken seals, contact us immediately at support@metabolicclaritylabs.com with a photo of the damaged package, and we will send out a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
