SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Metabolic Clarity Labs, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and securely as possible. All physical orders are processed, packed, and shipped directly from our US fulfillment center.
1. Order Processing & Handling Time

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major national holidays).

Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the following business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Transit Times (Domestic US)
We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the United States via USPS, UPS, and DHL Express.

Note: Total estimated delivery time is Processing Time (1–2 days) + Transit Time (3–5 days) = 4–7 business days total.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been packaged and handed over to the carrier, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and carrier link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the initial tracking status.
You can track your package anytime by clicking the link provided in your confirmation email or contacting our support team.
4. Shipping Address Changes
Because our fulfillment system processes orders rapidly, address updates must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Send address correction requests immediately to support@metabolicclaritylabs.com with the subject line: URGENT: Address Change – [Order Number].
5. Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

Wrong Address Supplied: Metabolic Clarity Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it:

Check with family members or neighbors who may have accepted it on your behalf.

Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages as “Delivered” shortly before physical drop-off).

If your package remains missing, contact our team at support@metabolicclaritylabs.com and we will assist you in opening a carrier trace or issuing a replacement.

Currently, we ship primary supplement orders exclusively within the United States. International shipping options will be expanded soon.
