1. General Information Metabolic Clarity Labs specializes in digital educational protocols and research materials. Because our primary products (The Metabolic Clarity Protocol, The Safe Food Checklist) are digital assets, no physical items will be mailed to your residence.

2. Method of Delivery Upon successful payment, your tuition covers instant access to the materials. Delivery is automated and occurs via two methods:

  • Direct Download: A download link will be available immediately on the "Order Confirmation" page after checkout.

  • Email Delivery: A secure copy of your files (PDF format) will be sent to the email address provided during checkout within 5-10 minutes.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Digital Products: Immediate (0-15 minutes).

  • Physical Goods: Currently, we do not ship physical supplements or books. All materials are delivered electronically to ensure immediate application of the protocol.

4. Issues with Delivery If you do not receive your secure download link within 20 minutes of purchase, please check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folder, as university-grade research documents are sometimes filtered by email providers.

If you still cannot locate your files, please contact our support desk at support@metabolicclaritylabs.com with your Order Number, and our team will manually reissue your access credentials.

5. International Access Since delivery is digital, there are no international shipping restrictions. Students from any country may access the protocol immediately.
