Iron Strips deliver iron in a fast-dissolving oral strip — no water, no capsule to swallow. Each strip provides Iron (as Ferric Saccharate, 19 mg) alongside Folate (Vitamin B9, 400 mcg) to support normal red blood cell formation and everyday energy metabolism as part of a balanced diet.*
