OUR STANDARDS
How We Decide What To Publish
Health content is easy to get wrong, on purpose or by accident. Here's exactly how we try to get it right, and what we refuse to do even when it would perform better.
THE COMMITMENTS
Three Rules We Don't Break
Competitors in this space often use stronger, less careful language. We think the hedge is the point, not a weakness.
Language We Won't Use
Words like "reverse," "cure," "remission," and "eliminate" don't appear in our content, regardless of how the research is framed elsewhere. We use structure and function language instead, things like "may support" or "is often studied in relation to," because it's accurate even when it's less exciting.
No Manufactured Proof
We don't invent testimonials, approximate guarantee terms, or attribute quotes to people who didn't say them. Until we've collected real, verifiable results from real customers, our proof point is Charles's own documented case, third-party lab verified, with medication and physician supervision always disclosed alongside it.
Alongside Your Doctor, Not Instead
Every piece of content assumes you have, or should have, a physician involved in your care. We never position our education or our supplements as a replacement for medical treatment, and any content discussing medication interactions is written to send you to your doctor, not away from one.
HOW WE WORK
Our Editorial Process
This is not a marketing page. It's the actual internal standard we hold every article and product page to.
Every claim traces to a source
Health claims in our articles link to sources like NIH, AHA, ADA, CDC, Mayo Clinic, or NIDDK. If we can't find a credible source, we don't publish the claim.
Take the AssessmentEvery product page carries required disclaimers
Medical disclaimers, FDA disclosure language, and medication interaction warnings appear on every relevant page, not buried in a footer link.
Take the AssessmentEvery supplement is independently tested
Our supplements are manufactured in GMP-certified facilities and tested by third-party labs for purity and potency. Certificates of Analysis are available on request.
Take the AssessmentEvery inconsistency gets fixed, not hidden
When we find conflicting claims or outdated framing across our own pages, we correct it and note what changed. We'd rather be caught fixing something than caught leaving it wrong.
